Is this what our world is coming to? Listed as more habit-forming than cigarettes and some controlled substances, will those of us who have kids—especially kids who are video/gaming junkies—have to resort to such drastic measures as pawning our autos through 800LoanMart to pay for sessions with a child psychiatrist to bring our dear, little ones back into reality?

My eleven year-old has been gaming since he was about 3. I know, it’s my own fault, right? And now, all he wants to do is:

It bothers me he’s so fascinated, because he’s so bright, and gaming occupies his mind too much.
